The Vanderbeck Agency, a Long Island area firm with offices that provide insurance and financial planning assistance to communities in and around Nassau County, is releasing details regarding the success of two previous charitable efforts and a current charity drive benefitting several noteworthy charitable causes serving the region.
The first charity drive was launched in December of last year with the goal of raising $500 for Little Flower, an organization in New York dedicated to providing for children in crisis. This goal was surpassed, with $850 raised for the charity. The second charity event began in March of this year to raise another $500 for the Great Neck Breast Cancer Coalition. This goal was again surpassed, with $580 raised for the cause.
Presently, the Vanderbeck Agency has launched a new charity drive to raise support for Special Olympics New York. “We joined the Agents of Change group to make a positive difference in the Long Island area, and we’re gratified to see how many people in our community have joined us in helping others live well and thrive,” says Brandon Vanderbeck, founder and chief executive of the Vanderbeck Agency.
